Head Coach - Andy Reynolds

Andy lives locally in the Kalamazoo-Portage area with his longtime girlfriend, Heather. Andy and Heather have two kids at home, Alec (20), attending KVCC and Mallory (17), attending Vicksburg High School. The family also has two dogs, Piper and Braxton.

Andy is originally from Vicksburg, Michigan, where he began his hockey career playing throughout the KOHA organization. As he climbed the ladder, Andy played on a travel team for KOHA before moving on to the AAA level with the West Michigan Warriors. After his Midget Minor season, Andy moved on to Junior Hockey, playing for the Toledo Cherokee, the Grand Rapids Bearcats, and the Georgetown Raiders. In Andy’s college years, he played for the Morrisville Mustangs, the University of Findlay, and Brockport State. Finishing out his career as a goaltender, Andy played for the Muskegon Fury, the Huntsville Havoc, and the Jackson Hole Moose.

After finishing his playing career, Andy hopped right into his coaching career. He began where he started, back with the KOHA organization. He then moved into a goalie and assistant coaching position for a local AAA organization, after eight seasons he took over as a Head Coach. Most recently, he spent a season as the Assistant Coach for Kalamazoo United, a local high school hockey program.
